Alpha Gym achieves those goals by investing in its highly trained staff. Their fitness coaches are the masters of their specialties. Ahmed coaches the patrons on general fitness. Mohammed is the assistant head coach of cross fit and Nayrouz is the in-charge of the fitness and cross fit for women. There are 2 receptionists on the team who are the first point of contact for all patrons.

Under the watchful eye of a trainer, you will be training to improve your strength levels using weights. The trainer will coach you on the different lifts, safety precautions to take, and more.
Depending on the state of your health and your goals, you will work out with your fellow athletes under a professional trainer. You will be working out to improve your speed, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
Alpha Gym operates under the leadership of Raif Wafa. Parisian by birth, athletic since the age of six. He played in different clubs including football, kickboxing, basketball and tennis. After graduating with a degree in sales & marketing, raif came down to Libya in 2010 and it was here that he was introduced to fitness and bodybuilding .
